We are looking for a customer service consultantfor our esteemed client. A stable company offering topnotch customer (telephone) support for airlines✈️ in Germany, Italy, Central, and Eastern Europe.
What will it be about?
* Efficiently resolve customer queries and issues.
* Handling reservations, flight changes or cancellations, facilitating online checkin, etc.
* Fluent communication in English and German.
* Collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
* Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and chat.
What we are looking for?
* Knowledge of German and English daily communication with customers.
* Ability to work remotely effective work schedule of 40 hours per week 8.5 hours per day.
* Stable internet connection internet speed of 16/10 Mbps, Ethernet cable.
* ✍️ Option to attend a 6week training program in Brno.
