***Finance Operations specialist w/ German (B1)***
Here's what you'll be up to:
Handling invoices and credit notes
Matching invoices with purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
Inputting invoices accurately and promptly into our system
Assisting with payments and monthend reporting
Managing vendor accounts and resolving issues
Communicating with vendors and clients to address concerns
Contributing to improvement projects
Taking on additional responsibilities as required
What do we need from you?
Background in Accountancy, Banking, or Finance
Experience in Accounts Payable or customer service is advantageous
Understanding of financial processes and principles
B1/B2 (communicative level) in German and English
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP familiarity
Strong problemsolving, communication, and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and punctuality
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
