The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) serves as the nexus of multiple functions (Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science):
owns product roadmaps, and leads an 815 person team of Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists responsible for implementing our Platform in a client environment. PDM has a technical understanding of the Platform and is accountable for solution delivery to the client.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and delivering highcomplexity data systems and multidisciplinary job environments. Banking or insurance industry experience is preferable.
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
Proven track record in delivering projects and thorough understanding of business models and product deployment process.
Datadriven approach, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong professional communication and ability to produce effective presentation
Good knowledge of financial and quality metrics.
Management of timing plans, in multiproject contexts.
Good understanding of software engineering concepts and patterns. Knowledge of computer languages like Python, Scala, Java, C#, C++ is an advantage.
