What you will be doing:
Operational Technical Support Engineer
ODeveloping understanding of troubleshooting and triaging of hybrid cloud (AWS) infrastructure
OProviding monitor and alert against critical service architecture
OInvoke the incident management process
ODevelop understanding of the interdependencies of the platform
ODevelop skills to drive incidents to mitigation
OCollaborate with key stakeholders to help facilitate productivity
OContribute to documentation evolution
The successful Aevi'ator:
Junior Operational Technical Support Engineer
OFoundational computer science knowledge
OWillingness to develop an understanding of customer centric decision making
OAwareness of the use case of tools such as GIT, Grafana, Bitbucket, WildFly, Java, Docker, Zabbix, &
Newrelic
ODeveloping relevant practical programming skills (Python, Bash scripting etc)
OStrong communication (verbal and written) skills
OAbility to develop knowledge through workshops, SOPs and runbooks
OCollaborative team ethic, operating within a shift model

OPayment industry experience, particularly in a client facing remit
